PROJECT BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVES

Lacey and George live in their 2900sf home with their three boys. The house has enough sf, but there's a lot of wasted space and irregular spaces that make living in the home challenging. They'd like to do a remodel of their home focused on resolving these challenges to improve the flow and overall use of the space available. The focus areas are the kitchen/dining, laundry, covered porch, and primary bath while keeping in mind future pool and outdoor bathroom project.

Design Goals by Priority: 

- Improve kitchen and dining room flow.

- Improve laundry and drop zone.

- Remodel primary bathroom.
- Screen in existing patio.

- Relocate office space.
