A single family home in Hyde Park designed to fit on a tiny lot with many site constraints. Located on a sub-standard sized lot (less than 4,000 sf), Moontower was challenged to design a home with as many habitable sf as possible. What resulted was a charming modest bungalow style home with a combination of classic and modern details.

A remodel/addition focused on adding a new primary suite where there was previously a carport and remodeling the social spaces of the house. Landscaping and pool not included in build cost. ​​Extended the covered carport parking area with a steel pergola structure and translucent polygal roof.
