ESTIMATING
Our pre-construction services, include consulting and detailed cost assessments. If your design is still evolving, we can evaluate schematic options and provide feedback on scope adjustments.
Costs are billed hourly and vary according to the level of support required, offering you services customized to your project.
Once your plans are finalized, we collect bids and present a fixed-price construction estimate.
The result? A clear budget, a defined timeline, and a contract ready for construction.

Our Project Development Process
We believe building should be an exciting and enjoyable experience.
Once your contract is signed and permits are secured, our team is on-site and ready to build within a couple of weeks. We kick off each project with a groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate your official project launch. Once underway, your project team meets with you on site twice a month where we review completed work, share mock-ups and discuss upcoming phases.
We provide seamless planning, detailed meeting minutes, and updated project timelines to keep everything on track and ensure every detail is perfect.
