PROJECT BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVES

The clients purchased their home a decade ago with no intention of staying long term. They started their family and grew to love the neighborhood. With a great school fit, gym, neighborhood amenities and a general reflection of diversity at their fingertips, they started to consider their options for upgrading to a larger family home nearby. They first looked at moving but aer seeing what was available they realized they’d rather create something custom designed for themselves on their current lot. Allison is an architect with an appreciation for cra who values thoughtful programming above additional square feet. They came to Moontower because of past friendship with Maggie and Allison’s understanding of the value of the design build model.
