We are taking advantage of some exemptions in the code to gain extra space including a 3rd floor loft and ground floor screened porch. Some site landscaping, drainage, and parking included in build cost. Designed as a retirement home to be occupied 6 months of the year by the owner and rented out the other 6 months.
