A 2/2 Accessory Dwelling Unit on a small lot. The design is intended to max out the development potential on this East Austin lot by adding a second dwelling unit. We are taking advantage of some exemptions in the code to gain extra space including a 3rd floor loft and ground floor screened porch. Some site landscaping, drainage, and parking included in build cost. Designed as a retirement home to be occupied 6 months of the year by the owner and rented out the other 6 months.
