PROJECT BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVES
J and C built their home about a decade ago with local architect, Tim Cuppett. At the time they prioritized thoughtful design over scale, resulting in 2000 sf 3/2. The home has worked well for them to date, but as their kids grow and they enter a new phase of life that requires more space, they are looking at ways to gain the space they need while staying in their current location. They purchased the house next door 3 years ago and would like to look at ways to expand their home.
