PROJECT BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVES

With two growing children, living in their 1500 sf home has become a challenge for U and C. They bought their home always knowing they wanted to do a project one day, and between battling with its current quarks and wanting more space, now feels like the time to take on a project.

DESIGN GOALS BY PRIORITY:

• Increase the size of the house from a 3 bedroom and 2 bath home to a 4 bedroom and 3 bath house.

• The living space should be generous with a open kitchen and dining area for entertaining.

• Create a better indoor/outdoor connection.
