After tackling years of DIY home renovations on their own, Carey and Christina wanted professional help to plan a comprehensive, multi-phase make-over for their property.  Early phases included remodeling their compartmentalized home and creating a detached flex space for guests and family use.  Later they executed a thoughtful landscape design to create additional privacy and a coveted focal point between their home and detached workout room/guest quarters. A final pool stage is still on the horizon! Moontower executed an ambitious design vision, transforming the home's 1940’s cottage layout to a modern open plan with better views from room to room and space planning to support entertaining and conversation.  The interior is articulated in a style reflective of our clients' eclectic flair.  A very modern material palette and a rhythmic pattern of battens was used for the exterior siding to break from tradition and utilize low maintenance durable materials like cement board and western red cedar.
