New Construction of two story ADU on a slab. Rounded one exterior wall, board and batten siding. Designed as investment property with an emphasis on economy, the finishes are simple and durable (concrete floors, paint grade millwork, mid-grade appliances, practical lighting and plumbing selections) and the building is laid out to take advantage of an efficient building envelope and plan (simple rectangle, straightforward roof shape, minimal windows and doors, etc).
