PROJECT BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVES

Design a master plan for the property that includes an addition to the existing single family

residence. The program includes adding two secondary bedrooms with an adjacent bath, an

improved laundry, a covered patio off the living room, and more storage. Consider enclosing the

existing carport to a conditioned garage, along with a few minor upgrades in the kitchen and

existing bath.

 

• Provide two kids bedrooms with an adjacent bath that is accessed from a hallway.

• Include a modest office in the addition.
