Remote interviews are a hallmark of our interview process. Wether it's a one-on-one or a group appointment with multiple team members the goal is to get to know each other further and dive into the must-haves for you and our team.
TOURS
We never make a hire without face-to-face time to make sure everyone feels comfortable with each other and the various places we work. Wether it's in our office/studio, OR on a job site we strive to maintain great, safe, and welcoming environments for our team, trades, and clients.
INTERVIEWS
INTRODUCTION
After you apply for a position or reach out to our directors to introduce yourself we review your resume (portfolio). We will respond with feedback and if it looks like a good fit on paper an introductory call to make sure an interview is best.

I knew I was in the right place when I got to go to the job site to meet with subcontractors and talk through details with our super. At my old office I was pretty much chained to my desk.
