B. Site Management
Regular meetings are organized with you and your design and construction team to share progress and address any questions. Your construction team provides regular, predictable updates on schedule and any tailored customizations so you don’t have to worry about keeping the schedule on track. Craft is monitored and subcontractor coordination is managed from start to finish ensuring a top quality home.
C. Punch + Warranty
Once construction is complete, your home is yours to enjoy! Your construction team facilitates client review and punch lists so all building tasks are coordinated to prepare for your move in. Handing you the keys is one of the most fulfilling moments for us! Congrats-- we made it!
